Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to support key business initiatives and strategic planning.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs.
- Clean, transform, and validate large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve reporting processes.
- Present complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
