Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and customers.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Respond to help desk tickets and service requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to company security policies and data protection protocols.
- Conduct regular system updates and performance monitoring to prevent downtime.
- Train new staff members on standard operating procedures and software usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
