Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems and printer malfunctions.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all IT tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new software patches and security updates.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components (CPU, RAM, storage, etc.).
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows 10/11 and macOS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if working remotely.
