Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data models using SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Analyze healthcare trends to predict patient outcomes and optimize resource allocation
- Create executive dashboards translating complex metrics into strategic insights
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional data initiatives
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and data governance across all projects
- Present findings to C-suite executives and healthcare stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or similar regulated industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Power BI/Tableau
- Strong statistical modeling background with predictive analytics experience
- Certification in HIPAA compliance and data security protocols
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
