Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models using Python, R, and SQL for client data challenges
- Lead end-to-end ML pipeline implementation from data ingestion to deployment
- Translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations
- Mentor junior data scientists through code reviews and knowledge sharing

Qualifications
- 5+ years in data science with portfolio of deployed ML models
