Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics in supply chain optimization
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and experimental design for maritime logistics improvements
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable business recommendations
- Stay current with industry trends through continuous learning and conference participation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science with focus on predictive modeling
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with expertise in scikit-learn and TensorFlow
- Strong statistical knowledge with experimental design experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
