Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML algorithms to predict customer behavior and optimize marketing ROI
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for product recommendations driving 20%+ conversion lift
- Translate complex data insights into actionable executive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Mentor junior analysts while establishing best practices for data governance and model validation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production AWS environments
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders through compelling data storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data science with 3+ years in predictive modeling (Python/R required)
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end projects from data pipeline to business impact
- Expertise in SQL, scikit-learn, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
