Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable front-end architectures using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop robust, secure, and efficient back-end services using Node.js and Python.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure code quality and standardization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and ensure 99.9% uptime for our clients.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
