Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics across Sacramento and Georgia markets
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for investment forecasting
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and strategic planning initiatives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders using advanced visualization tools
- Identify revenue optimization opportunities through data mining
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting
- CFA or CPA certification a plus
- Proven track record in multi-state financial operations
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
