Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Develop scalable, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces using React and modern CSS frameworks.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize web application performance to ensure lightning-fast load times and smooth interactions.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes into high-fidelity code.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to strict coding standards and best practices.
- Cross-Browser Support: Ensure robust compatibility across all major browsers and mobile devices.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain team quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in front-end web development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
- Framework Mastery: Strong expertise in React.js (Hooks, Redux, Context API).
- Tooling: Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite) and version control (Git).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
