Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern technologies (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve the application's speed, accessibility, and usability.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with React.js or similar modern frameworks.
- Tools: Familiarity with state management (Redux, MobX), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
