Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless cross-browser compatibility.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for code quality and architecture.
- Implement robust state management solutions and ensure application performance meets KPIs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Debug complex issues and implement comprehensive error handling and logging systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on modern JavaScript.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (Sass/Tailwind).
- Expert knowledge of React.js and related ecosystems (Redux, Zustand).
- Experience with TypeScript and unit testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
