Responsibilities
- Architect and implement responsive, high-performance web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and user-centric design.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a 100/100 Lighthouse score.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following our strict coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux or Context API.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
