Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for our product roadmap.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of deployed projects.
- Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep understanding of component-based architecture and state management (Redux, Vuex, Context API).
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or Selenium) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
