- Performance Optimization: Identify and fix bottlenecks to ensure web applications run at maximum speed, optimizing for core web vitals and user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-fidelity code.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Immediate Deployment: Participate in CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable delivery of features to production.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making processes within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Frameworks: Strong expertise in at least one major framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
