We operate on a 24/7 model to ensure our clients receive uninterrupted service. As a key member of our Night Operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining our infrastructure, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring 100% uptime during the critical evening hours.

Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor server infrastructure, virtualization environments, and network hardware during night shifts.
- Perform routine maintenance, patch management, and system updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 IT support tickets, including password resets, hardware failures, and application errors.
- Conduct security audits and implement protocols to protect company data integrity.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to document issues and escalate complex problems.
- Ensure 100% uptime and availability of critical business systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Systems Administration or IT Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy) and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- CompTIA Security+ or higher certification is preferred.
