Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews and contribute to technical debt reduction strategies to ensure long-term code maintainability.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all devices and browsers.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and career development.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and improve delivery speed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Express, or Django.
- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
