Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure product reliability and security.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior developers to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
