Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product stability and reliability.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and API specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python, and RESTful API design.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
