Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure the scalability and security of our backend and frontend systems.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience of 5+ years in full-stack development, with a strong focus on the JavaScript ecosystem.
- Expert proficiency in React and Node.js, including state management (Redux, Context API) and server-side rendering.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and user-centric design.
