Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development using React, Node.js, and AWS services
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for secure financial transactions
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize application performance and database queries

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
