Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Lead the technical architecture and code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and security.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python.
