Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and frontend user interfaces using modern technologies.
- API Development: Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and standards.
- Database Management: Design efficient database schemas and optimize query performance for large-scale data processing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Testing & Debugging: Implement automated testing strategies and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure system reliability and uptime.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.
