Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and SOLID principles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Testing: Implement rigorous unit and integration testing strategies to ensure software reliability.
- Security: Ensure applications are secure against common vulnerabilities and adhere to compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, Node.js, and Express.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
