Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be the technical lead for our core product initiatives. You will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions and mentoring junior engineers, ensuring our codebase remains robust and maintainable.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Maintain and refactor legacy codebases to improve maintainability and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
