Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Design and implement scalable software architectures using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-fidelity, responsive web applications.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and bug-free deployment.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, TypeScript, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js or Python and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
