What You Will Do
As a key member of our engineering squad, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle of our flagship products. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces and seamless backend logic.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and a responsive user experience across all devices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and maintain high standards of software engineering.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical debt and implement refactoring strategies to keep our codebase clean and maintainable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
