Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and architecture.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
