What You Will Do:
- Architect and implement high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Drive technical decision-making and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into elegant code.
- Optimize application performance and ensure robust security protocols are in place.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end features for our core platform.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot production problems.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them where appropriate.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first culture.
