Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies like React and Node.js.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Database Optimization: Design and maintain complex database schemas and ensure data integrity and query performance.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Database: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
