Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure application security and data integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
- Expertise in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
