Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver features on time.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and stability.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix complex technical issues in production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Cloud: Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
