Responsibilities

- Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust, efficient solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to our tech stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
