Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and track critical bugs.
- Conduct remote sessions to guide clients through technical setups.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and service updates.
Qualifications
- Associateās degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelorās preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid remote environment.
