Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with React (Frontend) and Node.js or Express (Backend).
- Familiarity with modern state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
