Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of web applications. From conceptualizing new features to maintaining legacy systems, your expertise will drive our product success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, and Node.js.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Experience with AWS or Azure deployment and configuration.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote and on-site hybrid environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
