Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure system stability, performance, and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to guarantee product reliability and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or similar modern stacks).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
