Responsibilities
Architect Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies like React and Node.js.Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and agile methodologies.Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.Optimize Performance: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical architecture discussions.Maintain Systems: Monitor application health, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot production issues.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.Backend: Solid experience with Node.js, Express, or similar backend frameworks.Databases: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
