As a Senior Engineer, you won't just write code; you will architect solutions that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define features and user stories.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience and fast load times.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
