Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including database performance tuning.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern HTML/CSS.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
