Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, backend engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including performance tuning and database query optimization.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with React.js or other modern front-end libraries and state management tools.
- Backend development experience with Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
