Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, enterprise-grade web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on user experience.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and contribute to the team's technical standards and best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and drive technical decision-making.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure data security and compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with modern databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM tools (TypeORM, Sequelize).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
