Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and implement robust solutions for production environments.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and architectural patterns to drive innovation within the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience in designing scalable microservices or monolithic architectures.
