What You'll Do:
• Lead the design and implementation of high-performance web applications.
• Drive technical decisions and establish coding standards across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver features that impact millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud services.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and senior developers.
- Optimize database queries and application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into our tech stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular).
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
