Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, technical analysis, and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including database queries and front-end rendering.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code-shares to foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with at least one major frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
