Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Review: Lead code reviews to ensure best practices, security standards, and performance optimization across the team.
- System Design: Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conducting code walkthroughs and technical training sessions.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- CI/CD: Implement and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines for efficient release cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
