Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, backend engineers) to define and implement features.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, ensure code quality, and optimize application performance.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to testing and deployment.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in real-time projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
