Job Overview:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the entire software development lifecycle. You will translate business requirements into robust, scalable code and mentor junior developers, ensuring our products set the industry standard for quality and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and development of scalable web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and implement best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions to optimize application performance.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and prevent regressions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js and modern CSS (Sass/Tailwind).
- Backend: Strong understanding of Node.js, Python, or Java, with RESTful API design experience.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
