As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting robust solutions and leading the development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance and optimize database queries, application responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and improve system stability.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Core Tech: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Backend Skills: Experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API design.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
