Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and security.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices and browsers.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct research and evaluation of emerging technologies to keep our stack cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience is accepted.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
